Conspiracies Steal God's Glory! Jamie Walden and A Word from the Lord

(Jame's video: The Water Just Broke with important word from the Lord is posted below if you want to skip my commentary!) Try to stay or scroll to at least 1 hr. 10 minutes to hear what he is saying about the Peace Deal and the floods etc. So insightful. The Voice that has been teaching me about our times has not resonated with the loudest voices in the church right now. When I found Jamie Walden last year, I heard him speak what the Lord was saying, and it was like finding a diamond in the coal mine-and necessary because we must have an echo somewhere to really get solid on a truth. There will always be a few witnesses.  There have been two times when that echo issued such a strong warning that I could physically feel my inner man tremble, and this was the second time. Jamie's word is that people are giving glory to man by focusing on God's "enemies" when God is the one trying to speak from heaven  (read Isaiah 7 and 8 there is a lot there.)  Many are focused on...

Notes on Fleeing Persecution from Christ's words

I often hear the courageous sounding sentiment of staying put in the midst of persectution that usually goes with the idea of national conversation. Particularly in the modern church age of a gross misunderstanding of what it means to take dominion (over Satan's dominion in our lives and those whom we are ministering to) to mean governmental power over nations-and idea that appeals to most people's natural minds. John tells us that the way to discern a prophesy is that if the world i.e. lust of the eyes, flesh, and pride of life like the word, it's not of God. (I think that's 1 John). Just like the word of faith movement took the truth of faith and misapplied it to faith for the acquisition of our national idols (weath and success and power), so too the 7 Mountain doctrine took a powerful truth and misapplied it to something that appeals our flesh. What natural man does not want more power, influence, and wealth. We LOVE it.  That was a digression. Today I was studying...

The Sin of Self-Defense

" Satan comes along when we are truly devoted to God and brings a tormentor, or an accuser, or someone who maligns us and tears us down, like Job's friends, and then he sits back and waits for the magic to happen. Will you begin to defend yourself? Splendid! Will you feel you must explain and demonstrate that you are a good person, or have some talent so you will be wanted? He squeals with demonic delight at such a thing, or will you hang on that cross with Jesus and commit yourself to God?" I was reading in Matthew the other morning where Jesus was being crucified, and I was struck by how he was horribly tempted, even as he was hanging on the cross, perhaps more than at any other time. The soldiers mocked him saying, essentially, if you are truly the son of God , why don't you save yourself? The criminal on the cross joined in as well, saying if you can truly save others, how about saving us right now Jesus? If you are really the Messiah and Savior, show us. Prove it...

Pride Follows Forgetfulness

Coming Soon! There are verses that specifically state that forgetting led God's people to pride that I can't locate at the moment, but these are also good reminders. I think it is noteworthy to mention that the people forgot God even as they were going through their religious motions and even praying to God, yet there hearts were far from God because they were really trusting in other things. The most common idol is the idol of self: self-regard, self-promotion, self-desires/lusts/wants etc. The heart is the heart of the matter (no, it's not the body.) Your body isn't saying anything, it's your heart that is speaking; your body is only broadcasting it for your. All of the issues of our lives flow from our hearts, and it's the soil of the heart that can harbor all kinds of rocks, weeds, and thorns that choke the word even as we are studying the word, quoting the word, and even teaching the word. Our hearts are constantly under attack-the heart is ground zero, an...
